The powder room has a custom made oversized mirror, new light fixture and a soft metallic wallpaper.  I love this light fixture!!

I will do a wrap-up post of this home and add it to my portfolio section!  It was a great home to work on with GREAT clients..love them!

 

The big move to AUSTIN happens next week!  I am busy finishing up all the loose ends with my wonderful clients and getting all set to work from a distance.  I will continue to work in Orange County via eDesign and frequent trips out here (I will have more reasons to visit my parents)!!  I will run around and take more photos of some of the other homes I have been working on and post them as soon as I can.

 

 

Ladera Ranch Project~Dining Room

I have two more rooms to share from my Ladera Ranch Project and today's room is the lovely Dining Room. I carried the rich plum color into the room by adding stationary roman shades.  I wanted to bring in some glam but also keep it functional for this family.  I think the mirror, roman shade fabric and dining chairs make this space unique and special.

Ladera Ranch Project~Living Room

I'm excited to share this recent project with you!  I have been working on it for a few months and am in love with the details in this home.  From the leaded glass windows to the beautiful wood floors, this home is heavy on geometric patterns.  I kept going with that theme and love the way all of these patterns work together.

 

The inspiration for this home was on a past post I did on Jewel Tones which you can read about here.  I will also post the Family Room, Kitchen, Dining Room and Powder Bath this week.  Keep checking back!

Tangerine+Apple Green=delicious!

I love bringing color into a beige home!  This is a beautiful house that just needed a splash of color to brighten it up.  I changed the wall color, added all new furniture, built the fireplace up to the ceiling and added crown molding.

This custom sectional fits this space perfectly and provides enough seating for this family of SEVEN!

On a personal note: Still working on all the details of selling our home....not a fun process!!!
