Home Staging Project: Newport Beach

I hope you are all having a great Summer! I am so behind on posting project photos of our staging work and plan to get this blog up-to-date!  It has been a busy year and we are so grateful!

This is a beautiful home we staged months ago in Newport Beach, CA.  It sold quickly and we love the way our furnishings brought this home to life!

Staging for HGTV

A few months ago we worked with HGTV on a new show called Vacation House for Free.  We staged two different homes for two different episodes.  One of the homes we staged was located in Palm Springs, CA and recently aired on July 3rd.  If you missed it, it will air again on August 1st 10am/9am central!

Here are a few shots from the episode.  We worked so hard to get this ready (with only a few weeks notice) and feel like we accomplished their request of a colorful, Moroccan inspired interior.  The designers and crew did such a great job transforming this home! If you watch the episode, you will see what I mean!

This time of year is always our busy season for home staging.  We have been blessed with an abundance of projects this season and the feedback from our agents and homeowners regarding the benefit of our staging, is so great to hear!

We will do a roundup of the projects we have been working on as soon as we can get our head above water :)  In the meantime, enjoy this beautiful sunshine!

Newport Beach {Staging} part 1

If you follow us on Facebook, you have probably seen some of these images from the Newport Beach duplex we staged a couple of months ago.  We were so happy with the way it turned out and to hear that it SOLD the first day on the market!  It is such a great spot within steps of the beach!

This is a long skinny room that we decided to stage as an office.  It is so important to showcase a rooms full potential to help buyers see the possibilities!
