Newport Beach {Staging} part 1

If you follow us on Facebook, you have probably seen some of these images from the Newport Beach duplex we staged a couple of months ago.  We were so happy with the way it turned out and to hear that it SOLD the first day on the market!  It is such a great spot within steps of the beach!

Here are some photos from one of the units.   We will post the second unit next as well as photos from projects we have been busy working on!  Lots to share, stay tuned!

Unit #1

How great is this Kitchen?!

This is a long skinny room that we decided to stage as an office.  It is so important to showcase a rooms full potential to help buyers see the possibilities!

Not a bad backyard!! :)

Our HGTV installs

For the last month or so we have been working on a project for HGTV's new show called Vacation House for Free.  We staged 2 of the homes they remodeled for the big reveal!  It was a lot of work but we had a great time!  We can't wait to see how it all comes together!!  I don't think our episodes will air until June/July so stay tuned!

One home was in Palm Springs, CA

The second home was located in Big Bear, CA.

The host of the show, Matt Blashaw.  He is also the host of Yard Crashers on the DIY Network.

More install photos to come!
